{"id":5195,"date":"2014-09-25T00:23:32","date_gmt":"2014-09-25T00:23:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stupefied-dewdney.37-9-233-176.plesk.page\/record-number-of-open-vinegar-plants\/"},"modified":"2026-10-14T14:21:38","modified_gmt":"2026-10-14T14:21:38","slug":"record-number-of-open-vinegar-plants","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stupefied-dewdney.37-9-233-176.plesk.page\/en\/record-number-of-open-vinegar-plants\/","title":{"rendered":"RECORD NUMBER OF OPEN VINEGAR PLANTS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Record number of Open vinegar plants: great number of visitors yesterday at 39 vinegar plants in the province of Modena, with the help of good weather throughout the day. <\/em>A response that confirms the public\u2019s great love for this precious food that encompasses the whole essence of the territory and that in each drop tells a different story, made of people, traditions and great passion.<\/p>\n<p>The guided tours of the vinegar plants and the tastings were enriched with side events, such as tastings of other typical local products, background musical performances, cooking shows by local chefs, and grape treading and walks in the vineyard, where Lambrusco grapes and other vines are still ripening.<\/p>\n<p><em>The \u201cphilosophical\u201d preview that took place on Saturday 27<sup>th<\/sup> in Piazza XX Settembre in Modena had great emotional impact and was very successful.
